Luxurious Beef Pasta in a Creamy Garlic Sauce: A Decadent Meal for Any Occasion

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water for later use.
Cook the Beef:

While the pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Deglaze the skillet with the white wine (or beef broth), scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let the wine simmer for 1-2 minutes, allowing it to reduce slightly.
Prepare the Cream Sauce:

Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring constantly.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
Combine Pasta, Beef, and Sauce:

Add the cooked beef back to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce.
If needed, add a little more pasta water to help the sauce coat the pasta evenly.
Serve:

Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and a sprinkle of additional Parmesan cheese. If you like a little spice, top with red pepper flakes.
