Luxurious Beef Pasta in a Creamy Garlic Sauce

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté Onion and Garlic:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
3. Cook the Beef:
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Sauté until the beef is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Season the Beef Mixture:
Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute to bring out the flavors.
5. Create the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
6. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet with the creamy beef sauce. Toss everything together until the shells are evenly coated.
7. Stir in Cheese:
Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
8. Serve and Garnish:
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a touch of color and freshness.
