Low Carb Stuffed Mushrooms: A Flavorful and Healthy Appetizer

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully, leaving the caps intact. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, grated parmesan, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until the filling is smooth and well combined.
Stuff the Mushrooms:
