Low Carb Pizza Bowls – All the Pizza Flavor, Without the Carbs!

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef (or turkey) over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add Sauce and Seasoning: Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

Assemble the Pizza Bowls: Spoon the meat mixture into individual oven-safe bowls or a large baking dish. Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and red onions.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pizza bowls in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
