Low-Carb Chocolate Coconut Flour Brownies

Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it with butter or oil.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, stevia powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the melted butter and almond milk, and mix well.

Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined.

Optional: Add Chocolate Chips: If you’re using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.

Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.

Enjoy these low-carb chocolate coconut flour brownies as a guilt-free treat! They’re perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings while sticking to your dietary goals.
