Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos

Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and cook thoroughly over medium heat.
Drain the grease from the skillet.
Add the taco seasoning packet to the beef, following the directions on the package.
2. Make the Cheese Filling:
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the salsa and blend well to combine.
3. Assemble the Tacos:
Hold a tortilla in your hand and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
Add a spoonful of the taco-flavored beef to cover the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
4. Wrap the Tacos:
Fold the tortilla and filling as you would a burrito, ensuring the edges are sealed.
5. Bake:
Lightly spray a baking tray with cooking spray.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the rolled tortillas onto the greased tray.
Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with melted butter.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
6. Add Toppings and Serve:
Remove from the oven and add your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives, or more cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy!
