Loaded Baked Potato with Steak Bites

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pierce each potato with a fork and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
Cook the Steak:

While the potatoes are baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Set the cooked steak aside.
Prepare the Potatoes:

Once the potatoes are done baking, cut a slit down the center of each potato. Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork to make space for the toppings.
Assemble the Loaded Potatoes:

Top each potato with the steak bites, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and crumbled bacon.
