Lemonade Puppy Chow

Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Place the cereal in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
3. Add the Lemon Powder Coating
In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon pudding mix, and salt.
Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag or airtight container.
Add the powdered sugar mixture, seal the bag, and shake until all cereal pieces are evenly coated.
4. Let It Set and Enjoy
Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set.
