Cut the lemons and ginger into pieces.
Crush the African black peppercorns gently using a mortar and pestle or a grinder.
Combine and Boil:
In a small saucepan, add the crushed pepper, cloves, lemon pieces, and ginger.
Pour in the 2 liters of clean water.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Strain and Cool:
Once the mixture has boiled, strain it well to remove the solids.
Allow the herbal tea to cool until lukewarm.
Consume:
Drink one glass of this herbal tea on an empty stomach, about one hour before lunch.
Storage:
You can keep the remaining tea in the fridge for up to 7 days. Be sure to heat it up before drinking each morning.
