Lemon Butter Fish Fillet: A Fresh and Flavorful Delight

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Season both sides generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Heat the Pan:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted and the oil is hot, add the fish fillets to the pan.
3. Cook the Fish:

Cook the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The fish should be golden brown on the outside and cooked through, easily flaking when tested with a fork. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
4. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice and zest to the pan, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
5. Combine and Serve:

Return the cooked fish fillets to the skillet, spooning the lemon butter sauce over the top. Let them warm through for about 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
