Lemon and Thyme Roasted Sea Bass: A Fresh, Zesty Delight

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels, then place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Season the Fish:

Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets, then rub the oil into the fish with your fingers or a brush to coat evenly. Sprinkle the minced garlic, garlic powder, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper over the fish.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and top them with the lemon slices.
Roast the Fish:

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 12-15 minutes (depending on the thickness of your fillets), until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The skin should be crispy, and the flesh should be tender and moist.
Garnish and Serve:

Once roasted, remove the sea bass from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs for a burst of color and extra flavor.
Serve the fish with extra lemon wedges on the side, if desired, and pair with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, quinoa, or a simple green salad.
