Keto Waffle Pizza: A Fun Twist on a Classic Dish

Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Prepare the Waffle Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to form a thick batter.

Cook the Waffle Base:
Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Pour half of the batter into the waffle maker, spreading it out evenly. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the waffle is golden brown and crispy. Carefully remove the chaffle (cheese waffle) and repeat with the remaining batter.

Place the cooked chaffles on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over each chaffle and add your toppings of choice, such as pepperoni, bell peppers, or olives.

Bake:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the topped chaffles for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
