Keto Bread

Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F). Grease and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.

Beat the Eggs:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs for 2 minutes until they become fluffy and light in texture.

Add Wet Ingredients:
Add the melted butter and coconut oil to the eggs. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Combine Dry Ingredients:
Add the almond flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum to the wet mixture. Mix until the batter thickens slightly (about 2 minutes of mixing).

Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cool:
Remove the loaf from the oven and cool it in the tin on its side. This helps the bread stay risen and high as it cools.

Slice and Enjoy:
Once cooled, slice and enjoy this delicious keto bread with your favorite toppings.
