Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole: A Low-Carb Delight

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayo, mustard, sugar-free ketchup, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth.

Assemble the Casserole: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crispy bacon, and sauce mixture. Mix well to coat the beef and bacon evenly.

Bake the Casserole: Transfer the beef and bacon mixture to a greased baking dish (9×9-inch or similar). Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve and Garnish: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped pickles and additional seasonings if desired.
