Juicy Air Fryer Lamb Chops – Tender and Flavorful in Minutes

Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice if desired.
Rub the seasoning mixture generously over both sides of the lamb chops. Allow the lamb chops to marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for more flavor).
Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes. This ensures the lamb chops cook evenly and get a nice crispy exterior.
Step 3: Air Fry the Lamb Chops

Arrange the seasoned lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping to allow for proper air circulation.
Cook the lamb chops for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 125°F. For medium, cook to 135°F. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
Step 4: Serve

Once cooked to your liking, remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute and ensures tender meat.
Garnish with extra rosemary or a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
