Peel the beetroot and carrot and cut them into smaller pieces.
Core the apple and cut it into chunks.
Peel the ginger and slice it.
Juice the lemon.
Blend the Juice:
Place the beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger, and parsley (if using) into a blender.
Add the water or coconut water to the blender.
Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner juice, you can strain it to remove the pulp, or simply drink it as a thick smoothie.
Serve:
Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient intake.
