In the evening, add 1 tablespoon of gelatin to ½ cup of cold water. Stir and let it sit overnight. The mixture will become jelly-like by morning.
2. Mix the Morning Drink:
In the morning, take the gelatin mixture and stir it into 1 cup of warm water or milk.
Add honey, turmeric, and black pepper if desired. Stir well until smooth.
3. Drink Daily:
Consume this mixture once daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Continue for 7–14 days and monitor improvements in joint flexibility and pain reduction.
