For the Bechamel Sauce:

2 tbsp flour
700 ml (1.5 pint) warm milk
A pinch of nutmeg
For Layering:
500 g (1 lb 2 oz) fresh mozzarella, sliced
A bunch of parsley, chopped
Lasagna sheets (enough to layer)
30 g (1 oz) parmesan, grated
