Indulge in Creamy Chicken Fillet with Garlic Sauce

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Add a bit of oil to the pan and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, add the finely chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Pour in the whipping cream, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Step 3: Add Parmesan
Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, spooning the garlic sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the chicken is coated with the sauce and heated through.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Serve the creamy chicken fillets on a plate, topped with the garlic sauce. Pair with your favorite side dishes like rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
