Huge Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito with Bacon & Creamy Cheese Sauce

In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
Drain excess fat, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Bacon and Cheese Sauce:
Cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Once cooked, remove and crumble the bacon into small pieces.
In the same pan or another, heat the cheese sauce over low heat until warmed.
3. Assemble the Burritos:
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a hot skillet to make them more pliable.
Spread a generous spoonful of sour cream in the center of each tortilla.
Layer in the cooked ground beef, followed by the crumbled bacon, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Add diced onions and pickles (if using) for extra crunch and flavor.
4. Add the Cheese Sauce:
Pour the cheese sauce over the top of the beef and bacon mixture for an extra creamy touch.
5. Roll the Burrito:
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly to encase all the filling.
6. Serve:
Slice the burrito in half and serve warm, with extra sour cream, cheese sauce, or pickles on the side if desired.
