Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.
Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and add the chopped onion.
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5-7 minutes to extract the nutrients.
Strain the water and let it cool down.
Drink the onion water once a day, preferably in the morning, for 5 days.
Note: You can add a teaspoon of honey to improve the taste, as onion water may be pungent.
2. Onion and Honey Paste:
Take half a medium onion and grate it finely.
Mix the grated onion with a tablespoon of honey to form a paste.
Apply the paste directly around the eye area (being careful not to get it into your eyes).
Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
Repeat this process every other day for the next 5 days.
3. Onion Tea:
Take 1/2 a medium onion and chop it finely.
Add the chopped onion to a cup of boiling water.
Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain.
Drink this tea once a day to support eye health.
