Hot Corn Dip: The Perfect Party Pleaser!

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the corn kernels, jalapeño (if using), smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Assemble the Dip

Transfer the corn mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.
If you’re adding bacon crumbles, sprinkle them evenly on top of the dip.
Step 3: Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
If you like the top extra crispy, you can broil it for an additional 1-2 minutes—just watch closely to avoid burning.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks for dipping.
