1 tablespoon of grated ginger 1
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of raw honey
Instructions :
Chop the onion and garlic, and grate the ginger.
Place all the ingredients in a jar and add lemon juice and honey.
Stir well and let sit for at least 12 hours (best for overnight).
Strain the liquid (optional) and store in the refrigerator.
