Honey Garlic Ribs: A Sweet and Savory BBQ Delight

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) or prepare your grill. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Cook the Ribs (Oven or Grill):

Oven Method: Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover with another sheet of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Grill Method: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the ribs on the grill and cook over indirect heat for about 1.5-2 hours, turning occasionally.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Glaze the Ribs:

Once the ribs are cooked and tender, brush them generously with the honey garlic sauce.
If using the oven, return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through. If grilling, brush the ribs with sauce and grill for another 5-7 minutes, turning and basting frequently, until caramelized and sticky.Serve:

Remove the ribs from the oven or grill, and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra honey garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
