Honey Garlic Baked Chicken with Sautéed Zucchini & Greens

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and chili powder (if using).

Place the drumsticks on a lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Sauté the Zucchini:

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced zucchini and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is slightly golden and tender.

Sauté the Greens:

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in another pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and greens, season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for 3-5 minutes until the greens are wilted and fragrant.

Serve & Enjoy:

Plate the crispy honey garlic chicken along with the sautéed zucchini and greens.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
