Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream: A Decadent, Sweet Treat You’ll Love!

In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Whisk the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved, and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually for about 20-25 minutes).
Step 2: Prepare the Moose Tracks Swirl

While the ice cream is churning, melt the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted.
If you’re making homemade fudge sauce, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then stir in heavy cream to form a smooth fudge sauce. If using store-bought fudge sauce, heat it slightly to soften it for swirling.
Step 3: Combine and Freeze

When the ice cream is done churning, transfer it to a large bowl or loaf pan.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter and fudge sauce over the ice cream, swirling them into the ice cream with a spatula.
Gently fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chunks.
Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid, and freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

Once the ice cream has hardened, scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy your homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream!
