Homemade Keto Pizza Chips: A Crispy, Low-Carb Snack That Packs Flavor

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Lightly grease with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Dough:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, or until it’s completely melted.

Once melted, add the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Mix everything together until you have a dough-like consistency. You may want to use your hands or a spoon to knead the dough until well combined.
Shape the Chips:
Roll the dough into a ball, then divide it into 12-16 small portions.

Place each portion onto the prepared baking sheet and press them down to form small, flat discs about 2 inches in diameter.
If you want mini pepperoni on top, place a slice on each disc of dough.
Bake the Pizza Chips:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza chips are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly.

Serve and Enjoy:
Remove the pizza chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with a side of pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
