Homemade Apple Carrot Juice without Preservatives

Juicer: Cut the apples and carrots into pieces that fit into the juicer’s feeding chute.

Blender: Chop the apples and carrots into small pieces for easier blending.

Extract the Juice:

Juicer: Feed the apples, carrots, and ginger (if using) into the juicer, alternating between ingredients for optimal extraction.

Blender: Blend the chopped apples, carrots, and ginger (if using) with 1/2 cup of water until smooth.

Strain (if using a blender):

Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher. Use a spoon to press down and extract as much juice as possible.

Add Lemon Juice:

Stir in the juice of 1/2 a lemon to enhance flavor and increase vitamin C content.

Serve or Store:

Serve the juice immediately over ice or store it in an airtight container in the fridge. Drink within 24 hours for the freshest taste.
