Holiday Reese’s Peanut Butter Bark: A Festive Sweet Treat

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. This will prevent the bark from sticking and make cleanup easier.

Melt the Peanut Butter Layer:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter in the microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted. Spread the melted peanut butter evenly across the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin, even layer.

Melt the Chocolate Layer:
In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave, again in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between. Once fully melted, pour the milk chocolate over the peanut butter layer and gently spread it out with a spatula.

Melt the White Chocolate:
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using the same method. Drizzle the white chocolate over the milk chocolate layer in a swirled pattern. You can use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the white chocolate into the milk chocolate for a marbled effect.

Add the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups:
Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the top of the melted chocolate layers, pressing them down gently so they stick to the chocolate.

Chill the Bark:
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bark is fully set and hardened.

Break Into Pieces:
Once the bark has set, remove it from the fridge and break it into irregular pieces. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for an extra flavor boost, if desired.

Serve:
Serve the Holiday Reese’s Peanut Butter Bark on a festive plate or package it up in treat bags for gifting.
