Holiday Peanut Butter Chocolate Bliss Bites: The Perfect Sweet Treat for Festive Cheer

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated. Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until the mixture is well combined and holds together.

Shape the Bliss Bites:
Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.

Melt the Chocolate:
In a heatproof bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Dip the Bites:
Carefully dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift the bites out of the chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Garnish and Chill:
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each bliss bite for an extra burst of flavor (optional). Refrigerate the bites for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.

Serve and Enjoy:
Once the chocolate is firm, the Holiday Peanut Butter Chocolate Bliss Bites are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
