2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, finely grated or chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp Provençal herbs
For the Vegetable Bake:
5 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
200 g mushrooms, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
4 tbsp sour cream
100 g cheese, grated (cheddar or mozzarella work great)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped dill
Additional salt, pepper, and herbs to taste
