High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken & Creamy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Prepare BBQ Sauce Mixture
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Step 3: Coat the Chicken
Brush the seasoned chicken breasts with the prepared BBQ sauce mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Step 4: Bake the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

Step 5: Prepare Potatoes
While the chicken bakes, steam or boil the halved baby potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, until they are soft and easily pierced with a fork.

Step 6: Mash the Potatoes
Once the potatoes are soft, drain them and return to the pot. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mash everything together until the potatoes are smooth and creamy.

Step 7: Serve
Serve the Honey BBQ Chicken alongside the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
