2 tsp dried thyme

2 tsp dried rosemary

2 bay leaves

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

3 medium carrots, sliced

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2–3 red chili peppers, sliced (optional, for heat)

1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
