Healthy Oatmeal Apple Dessert in 7 Minutes

In a medium saucepan, combine the oatmeal and warm milk. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oatmeal has absorbed most of the milk and has softened.

2. Cook the Apples:
While the oatmeal is cooking, heat a small skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of avocado oil. Add the chopped apples and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become slightly soft and caramelized. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.

3. Add the Egg and Butter:
Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg and butter. The residual heat will cook the egg, creating a creamy texture in the oatmeal.

4. Combine:
Stir in the cooked apples and nuts into the oatmeal mixture. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

5. Serve:
Serve your warm oatmeal apple dessert immediately, topped with additional nuts if desired.
