Healthy Oatmeal and Apples: A Delicious Weight-Loss Meal


Peel and dice the apples into small cubes. Set aside.

Cook the Oatmeal:
In a medium pot, combine the oatmeal and warm milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the oatmeal softens and absorbs the milk.

In a small bowl, beat the two eggs. Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the oatmeal mixture, stirring continuously to ensure the eggs blend smoothly without scrambling. Let the heat from the oatmeal cook the eggs, creating a rich and creamy texture.

Serve:
Once everything is mixed and cooked through, serve immediately in bowls.
