1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease a mold or cover it with baking paper.
2. Peel the bananas, put them in a container and smash them with a fork until they get a puree.
3. Grate the apple or cut it into small pieces if you prefer to smell the crumbs in the cake.
4. Add the eggs, milk and honey (if using) to the mashed banana and mix well.
5. In another container, combine oats, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
6. Add dry ingredients to wet bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
7. If you want, include raisins or nuts now.
8. Place the mixture in the prepared mold, distributing it evenly.
9. Bring the mold to the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until it comes out clean by inserting a toothpaste in the center.
10. Let the cake cool before tearing it apart. You can serve it alone or with a little yogurt or honey.
