Healthy No-Bake Nutty Bites: A Quick 5-Minute Treat

Roughly chop or pulse the nuts in a food processor until they are broken down but still chunky (for texture). Be careful not to over-process into a powder.

Mix the Ingredients:

Add the nut butter and coconut oil to the food processor and pulse again until the mixture sticks together. If it feels too dry, add a bit more nut butter or coconut oil.

Optional: If you’d like extra flavor, sprinkle in some vanilla extract, cinnamon, or a pinch of sea salt.

Form the Bites:

Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. If you prefer, you can also press the mixture into a small tray and cut it into squares after chilling.

Chill and Serve:

Place the nut bites in the fridge for at least 15-20 minutes to set. For a quicker option, you can freeze them for 10 minutes.

Once firm, enjoy your healthy, no-bake nutty bites!
