Healthy Diet Oatmeal Cake

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Add the oatmeal, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bowl, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

Add Optional Add-ins:
If desired, fold in dried fruits (such as walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts) or chocolate chips.

Bake the Cake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the cake to cool before removing from the pan. Slice into portions and enjoy!
