Healing Beetroot and Carrot Elixir: A Natural Wellness Drink


Anti-inflammatory and digestive-supporting properties.

Lemon Juice – from 1 lemon
Alkalizes the body and boosts vitamin C levels.

Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon (or fresh turmeric root)
Known for its cancer-fighting and anti-inflammatory effects.

Water – 1 cup (optional, to adjust consistency)

How to Make:
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.

Peel the beetroot, carrots, ginger, and turmeric (if using fresh).

Chop everything into small pieces for easy blending or juicing.

Place all ingredients into a juicer or blender.

If using a blender, add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if desired, for a smoother juice.

Pour into a glass and drink fresh.
