Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan

In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Place the sliced chicken breasts and pineapple chunks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and pineapple, tossing to coat everything evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

Serve the Hawaiian chicken over a bed of cooked rice, and drizzle any leftover sauce from the pan on top.
