Prepare the Ground Beef:

Tear off 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12 inches each).

Seal the Packets:
Fold up the edges of the foil, making sure to seal the packets tightly to hold in the steam.
Cook the Foil Packets:
In the oven: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
On the grill: Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Serve:
Carefully open the foil packets, being cautious of the steam. Serve hot and enjoy the savory, tender, and flavorful meal.
