Guilt-Free No-Bake Peanut Date Bites

In a food processor, pulse the pitted dates until they form a sticky paste.

Add Peanuts and Cocoa Powder:

Add the toasted peanuts and unsweetened cocoa powder to the food processor. Continue processing until the mixture is well combined and sticky. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a few drops of water to help it come together.

Shape the Bites:

Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.

Chill and Serve:

Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
