Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Evenly spread the beef mixture over the buns.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
Prepare the Topping:
Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (if using).
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
