Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter: A Luxurious, Flavorful Treat

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of the lobster shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the base, so that the meat rests on top of the shell.
Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden, but not browned.
Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and paprika. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place the lobster tails on the grill with the meat side facing up. Grill for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the tails, until the lobster meat becomes opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
While grilling, baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter sauce every 2-3 minutes for extra flavor.
Serve:

Remove the lobster tails from the grill and transfer them to serving plates.
Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter sauce and serve with lemon wedges for an added burst of freshness.
