Cook the bacon until crispy. Set it aside to drain on paper towels.
Slice the cheese and ham to the desired size for easy layering.
Assemble the Sandwich:
Take 4 slices of bread and spread mayonnaise on one side of each.
On the un-mayo side of 2 slices, layer the ham, followed by slices of cheese, and top with crispy bacon.
Add a drizzle of ketchup over the bacon and then cover with the remaining slices of bread (mayo side facing in).
Grill the Sandwich:
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Place the sandwiches on the pan and grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted. This should take about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on heat.
Serve:
Once grilled to perfection, remove the sandwiches from the pan. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with a side of extra ketchup for dipping if desired.
