Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the cubed chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove from the grill and set aside.
Grill the Vegetables:
Toss the zucchini slices, broccoli florets, green beans, and red onion with a little olive oil and salt. Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with nice grill marks. You can also sauté them in a pan if you prefer.
