Grilled Chicken and Veggie Bowl Recipe

Cube the chicken breasts and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (or your preferred seasoning mix). Toss the chicken to coat evenly.

Grill the Chicken:

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the cubed chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove from the grill and set aside.

Grill the Vegetables:

Toss the zucchini slices, broccoli florets, green beans, and red onion with a little olive oil and salt. Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with nice grill marks. You can also sauté them in a pan if you prefer.

Assemble the Bowl:
