Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps: A Delicious Twist on a Classic Favorite

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Break the beef into crumbles with a spatula as it cooks.
Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any excess fat, and return it to the skillet. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Set the mixture aside.
Prepare the Wraps:

Lay the flour tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, spread a generous amount of the beef mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and top with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
Grill the Wraps:

Fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, then roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve:

Remove from the skillet and slice in half. Serve immediately with extra ketchup, mustard, or any of your favorite dipping sauces!
