Peel the banana and slice it.
Scoop out the avocado and remove the pit.
If you’re using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks. If you’re using frozen pineapple, that works too.
Rinse the spinach to remove any dirt or debris.
Blend the Smoothie:
Add the banana, avocado, pineapple, spinach, and almond milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth, making sure all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
