Greek Chicken Gyros with Cucumber Tzatziki

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, cinnamon, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
Make the Tzatziki Sauce:

In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (with excess water squeezed out), olive oil, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cook the Chicken:

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Assemble the Gyros:

Warm the pita or flatbreads in a dry skillet or oven for 1-2 minutes.
Place a portion of the sliced chicken in the center of each pita, then top with a generous amount of cucumber tzatziki sauce.
Add fresh vegetables like tomato slices, red onion, and lettuce.
Serve:

Fold the pita around the filling and enjoy your homemade Greek Chicken Gyros with Cucumber Tzatziki!
