Form the Patties: Once the mixture is ready, take small portions and shape them into round patties. You can make them as big or small as you like, but keep them even in size for uniform cooking.
Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet with a bit of oil over medium heat. Once hot, place the patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. If you like, you can also bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy: Once cooked, serve the patties warm with your favorite sides, like mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
